Dr. Steven Gurgevich is a licensed psychologist specialising in mind-body medicine. He is a clinical assistant professor of medicine at the University of Arizona, College of Medicine and director of The Mind-Body Clinic at the Arizona Center of Integrative Medicine.

Dr. G Riveted My Attention with His New Book

Be Your Own Healer!

As a hypnotherapist myself, I find the instructions for doing your own self-hypnosis for healing clear, concise, compassionate and within the medical safety zone. This is a book that takes away the hype around hypnosis, eliminating the Las Vegas show stereotype and illuminating the ability of our minds to heal our bodies. A great book and DVD.

Self-Hypnosis Works

Ths is a very thorough tape. It works. The author gives you all you need to succeed and understand self-hypnosis which is not like the subjects you see on TV being hypnotized. It's harmless and very relaxing. I'm using his tapes for weight loss. I would try them for other things as well.
